http://cslewis.drzeus.net/The Trout Inn, a favorite resting place of  C. S. Lewis, is one of the oldest pubs in England. The Trout Inn  was originally built in 1080. It is located north of Oxford, near Lewis's house, on the Thames River. It's really wild to think that this is one of the places where JRR Tolkien (Lord of the Rings) and Mr. Lewis (Nardia Chronicles) would meet to share ideas.

I taught at Blanton and Rosemeade Elementaries before accepting  my current assignment at Blalack Middle School in the fall of 1998. My wife, Leesa, teaches first grade at Kent Elementary. Our daughter, Emily, is a 2001 graduate of Newman Smith High School and 2005 graduate of Texas State University-San Marcos (formerly Southwest Texas State University.)  Emily works as producer of Channel 16 C-FB TV for CFB-ISD.
