On October 20, 2006 Blalack 7th graders were treated to a performance by Texas singer/songwriter, Brian Burns.  Mr. Burns performed his Once Upon a Time in Texas program. This marked Mr. Burns's fourth visit to Blalack Middle School. This year Mr. Burns brought with him Bob Livingston. Mr. Livingston performed two songs. Thank you Brian Burns for your dedication to helping young Texans better understand the rich heritage of their great state and best of luck to you as you head to your next endeavor!
