It's SO all about me . . .  

Greetings!!  I am Miss Watts.  I am blessed to have you as my students!!  I grew up in Plano, TX (I went to Jasper High School).  Instead of attending Plano West during my junior and senior years of high school, I went to college in the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science (TAMS) program located at the University of North Texas.

I graduated high school in 2002 and entered Louisiana State University as a junior.  I graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education emphasis in English.  I then attended the University of California at Los Angeles where I received my Master of Education with an emphasis in mathematics. 

As part of master's program at UCLA, I taught at Hawthorne High School in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles) for one year.  I had incredibly great students and they chose me as the 2006~2007 Teacher of the Year as well as one of the top six Most Inspirational Teachers. 

My family & friends are my heart!!  I look forward to getting to know you more this year and helping you learn!!
