o        Ask and answer:

5.      Email

6.      Birthday

7.      Favorite class and why

8.      2 (or more?) other items

On the scheduled test day:

2        10%    Reading                 10 preguntas, 1 punto c/u

·         Based on the readings using the vocabulary we have learned;  answer questions.

3          10%   Questions:          5 preguntas, 2 c/u

·         Read a passage;  in Spanish, write a series of 5 questions using correct spelling and writing conventions, and answer them. 

4.       20%   Verbs                   

·         10:  fill in the verbs in a paragraph of the International Forum

·         10:  fill in the verbs from lines of a Dippy Dialogue

5        15%    Listening

·         Listen to 15 statements, indicate Verdadero o Falso

·         Topics:  all basic vocabulary: colors, capitals, time, days of the week, seasons, months, dates; basic math; presidents of Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba and Chile; royal family of Spain; other vocabulary in the review packet.

·         Each statement will be read two times, and ONLY two times.  Pay attention and don’t ask for them to be read again.

6.       10%    Writing

·         Write a letter describing yourself, your family, things that you like and dislike, your classes. 

 

It will certainly be changed for May, 2007, but it gives you an idea of what we will cover this year!
