Newman Smith High School Registrar

The following items are required to enroll a new student at Newman Smith:

Withdrawal paper from previous school
Informal transcript with previous school (explanation of grading system if from a foreign country)
Immunization records
Birth certificate
Social security card
Two proofs of residency for the parent (lease agreement or mortgage statement AND current utility bill)

New student registration for the 2008-09 school year will begin Tuesday, Aug. 5^th.
