Thanks for visiting my Bio page!  This is my second year to be at Polk M.S. and I am proud to be a Panther!  I grew up in the small town of Krum, Texas with my older sister and older brother...yes I was and still am the annoying little sister!  While in high school I participated in many sports including basketball, softball, cross country, and track.  If I wasn't playing for the Krum Bobcats then I was dedicating my time to a select team during the summer.  After high school I attended Texas Women's Un., where I graduated with a Kinesiology degree.  I later was excepted into a doctorate program for physical therapy to Texas Tech!  Go Raiders! It was in my second semester that I realized that my true passion was in coaching and teaching.  I moved back into the area and got my first teaching/coaching job at Ted Polk!  While attending TWU, I was introduced to a tall handsome man from Oklahoma.  We were married in June of 2006 and live in Lewisville with our sweet little dog Darci (and yes she is a Chihuahua with an Irish name)!  I am very proud of my Irish heritage, but don't worry....I don't have the Irish temper!!
