Dear Bush Chuck Norris T.E.A.M. Student and/or Parent,
For those who are new to the school and karate program, I would like to extend a welcome to our T.E.A.M.. Bush Middle School has enjoyed 8 years of success through the KICKSTART karate program in which the lives of many children have been impacted in profoundly positive way.
For all those who have been part of the program already, welcome back. I am excited for the year ahead and look forward to a continued partnership in your journey through the martial arts. KICKSTART and I have many events planned for you to enhance your experience.
Below is a list of important and necessary items to participate in class.
1) * Completed and Signed Start-up Permission Form *
2) White Karate Uniform - available for purchase $15 Cash or Money order NO CHECKS
3) Karate Equipment fee – $10(all)
4) Karate Notebook (two pocket folder with fasteners) and paper (all)
5) Water Bottle (all)
6) Hand towel (all)
7) Mouthpiece - $2 (KII and KIII only)
8) Groin protection (Male $8 and Female $9 KII and KIII only)
