Where is the TECH Lab?

Pardon our Dust- We are under construction to build a new Tech Lab. The schedule calls for us to move in by September End.

Interim assignments include building, testing and measuring Spirit Bridges. This units will set up the later activities highlighted below. We will also study Technology Eras and Tech words including those that relate to the 7 continents and the innovations made.

Upcoming Assignments and Due Dates for this Fall Semester 2008-09

WE begin each year with an Introduction to the Project Technology System. A computer based tutorial and electronic journal entries, hands on projects and paper journal entries along with a Technical Report at the end of 10 day projects comprise the project. In each project the students receive a formative and summative grade  All the other work is done collectively with partners. The following is the schedule of projects for the semester:

5 successive - 10 day technology projects (5 summative, 5 formative evaluations)

8 - 1 day technical writing and journaling sessions ( 8 summative evaluations)

1or 2, 2 day special projects around Thanksgiving (1 or 2 formative  evaluation)
