First Nine Weeks

9/13/06    Next playing test will be. Lesson 11, Line 7 the Marines Hymn.

9/14/06    Remember how to count quarter and half note and rest rhythms

                accurately count lines E - J, Lesson 2

                continue to improve Marines Hymn

9/15/06    Played and counted through Lesson 2.  Reviewed 2/4 and 4/4 time signatures. 

                Sueta:    Lesson 11, continued to work on improving range and rhythm reading.

                Introduced to the Marines Hymn.  Check for repeats and DC al fine.

9/18/06    Rehearsed the first line of Marines Hymn.  Tomorrow be ready for line 2.

9/20/06    Continue to refine and improve Lesson 11, especially Marines Hymn.
