8:00am - ARRIVE at RL Turner and locate your rehearsal
room.

| 8:30am DOWNBEAT OF MORNING REHEARSAL. Please be prepared to begin on time. This will maximize the rehearsal time as we prepare for the evening concert. | |||||||||||||||
| 11:30am BREAK FOR LUNCH. Your band directors or parents are responsible for transportation and all lunch plans. | |||||||||||||||
| 1:00pm DOWNBEAT OF AFTERNOON REHEARSAL. | |||||||||||||||
| 4:00pm Rehearsal is complete. Students in the Symphonic and Honor Bands will be directed to changing rooms to change into concert dress and will be provided a small snack to tide them over through the concert. Students in the Wind Symphony should vacate campus as soon as possible so staff can prepare for the evening performances. Take all of your belongings with you. | |||||||||||||||
| Parents and friends should park on the southeast side of the school and enter the main entrance between the gyms and Fine Arts Complex. | |||||||||||||||

Concert Order / Warm-up and Performance Schedule

Concert Procedure
| Your clinician host will remind you of your warm-up place, time, and case storage at Turner High School. | |
| Your All-Region Medal will be presented to you at warm-up so that you may wear it during the performance in celebration of all that you have accomplished as an All-Region Band member. | |
| File onto the stage when it is your turn to perform. | |
| After your performance, you will file off the stage. You are free to depart campus or go to the seating area and watch the remaining bands perform. Please remember that other groups will begin performing. Proper concert etiquette and respect are a MUST! |
General Information
| Concert Dress will be dark concert attire - black is preferable. Dress up! This is not a casual occasion. Please wear clothing that is suitable for playing your instrument. Band uniforms or concert uniforms are recommended if your band has concert uniforms (tuxedo/ black dresses, black dress shoes, etc). Please use your best judgment to look professional! Your director will advise you. | |
| Changing Clothes Students in the Symphonic and Honor Bands should bring concert clothes to the rehearsal, changing rooms will be provided. Students in the Wind Symphony will need to return to Turner in concert dress. | |
| Professional Digital Recordings will be available for you to purchase ($20 for a compact disc). | |
| Music - At the conclusion of the concert you may keep your music and your folder as a souvenir of your participation in the All-Region band. | |
| Absence at the concert or from any part of the rehearsals forfeits your right to an All-Region medal and the distinction of being an All-Region band member. |
