•  Students are responsible for recording and learning all vocabulary learned in class.

• Students will work on assigned Prefixes/ Suffixes each week.

• HOME READING LOG   Students are expected to read 5 nights per week for a minimum of 30 minutes. They read Monday - Thursday and one weekend night. They have a reading log in which they record book information and respond. The reading log  must be signed by the parent nightly. THE READING LOG IS DUE EVERY SECOND FRIDAY.

• PREFIX/ SUFFIX PRACTICE  Will be assigned as appropriate.

• PROJECTS  There will be one book report project assigned per nine weeks. All projects must be turned in on the due date. No late projects will be accepted!
