Hello parents and students. I hope you are ready for a FUN and EXCITING year in Fifth Grade!!!!!!!

My name is Juli Russell.  This is my fifth year as a teacher at McWhorter Elementary.  I have been in the education profession for ten years. My teaching experience includes five years with the Dallas Independent School District where I taught kindergarten, first and second grade.

I am the single mom of two very energetic boys KJ and Keynan.  KJ is 5 and attends McWhorter.  Keynan is three years old and attends Bent Tree Day School.  KJ, Keynan and I enjoy playing at the park, riding bikes and hanging out at home.

When I am not teaching or spending time with the boys, I enjoy exercising, shopping, reading and spending time with my friends.
