Following Directions
4 = Follows all directions without being reminded of what they are
3 = Follows all directions, but may need to be reminded
2 = Has to be reminded of directions more than 2 times in a day
1 = Has to be put in time out for not following directions

Performance on Exercises
4 = Exercises done as demonstrated by Ms. Rushing
3 = Exercises done correctly in cadence with movements
2 = Unable to keep the correct counting cadence with movements
1 = Refusal to exercise*
* loss of activity for the day

Performance in Activity
4 = Successful completion of activity or skill, as described by the teacher
3 = Successful completion of skill or activity
2 = Attempt, but unable to complete skill or activity
1 = No attempt at activity, silly attempt, or breaking the rules of the game

Participation
4 = Cheerful participation in all activities
3 = Full participation in all activities
2 = Participates, but has to be coaxed by the teacher
1 = Refusal to participate

Sportsmanship
4 = Always in control of own actions, cheerful, helpful, team attitude
3 = Able to control temper and handle disappointments in an appropriate manner
2 = Unable to handle temper or disappointments, but can gain control with a cue from the teacher
1 = Unable to handle temper, loses control of self, teacher has to intervene
