Effective immediately, an additional level of security has been added to online address changes for district employees.  This is further security to safeguard your personal information. 

 

There are two ways to access the address change form online.  Both of them are on the web portal.  They are as follows:

 

Click on the link http://cfbstaff.cfbisd.edu/cfbadmin/ at the top of the Health page (or click on the hyper link).  Immediately, a box to sign on to the “cfbstaff.cfbisd.edu” will appear with your district name.  You will need to enter your district sign-on password to pull up the blank form for you to change your address and phone number, etc.  Complete the form and click on the submit button at the bottom of the page. 

 

Next, you may click on Online Forms under the “New District Links” column of the web portal on the right hand side of the page. In the first Personnel section, click on Change of Address/Phone Information. Again, a box to sign on to the “cfbstaff.cfbisd.edu” will appear with your district name.  You will need to enter your district sign-on password to pull up the blank form for you to change your address and phone number, etc.  Complete the form and click on the submit button at the bottom of the page. 

 

If you have a name change, you must come to the Payroll Office in the Administration Bldg. to complete change your name, address,  beneficiaries, direct deposit, etc. after you have obtained a new Social Security card. 

 

Substitute and temporary employees, and possibly some employees who do not have a district sign-on and password due to the type of jobs they have will need to contact the departments they work for or the Payroll Department for assistance in changing their names online.  You need to obtain the information in writing or via email and then enter the data online for these individuals.
