| Day 1
Students will read about Earth and Its Neighbors pages 386-397.
Students will complete a study guide and write the vocabulary words from the

| Day 2
Students will get into jigsaw groups and research materials about the Moon
and the Earth. Each class will do a different activity about the Earth
and the moon. 1st Group-Research information using books about the
Moon and the Earth. 2nd Group-watches videos about the Earth and the Moon
and takes notes, 3rd Group-listens to books on tapes about the Earth and the
Moon and completes a double bubble comparing the Earth and the Moon. CW-jigsaw research HW-none |

Students will continue working in jigsaw groups and researching materials

Students will finish working in jigsaw groups and researching materials about the Moon

what they learned about the Moon and the Earth. Students will create a
