I find this helps as I work to help a child make better choices. With a child that continues to work on their behavior I strive to find them making good choices so that I can use them as an example to others. It gives them a sense of pride and accomplishment to know they can make good choices. Sometimes after we have spent a lot of time on a skill to develop consistency the children tend to get lazy and rush. It's helpful to use those that work on being consistent with the skill as an exapmle for my expectations.
