I don't have a lot to say about this but I loved the paragraph on page 23 that said, "While we all recognize the importance of getting to know the children, we sometimes do not pay enough attention to their need to know us - not simply as teachers but as people who have lives outside the classroom. I am not suggesting that we start to share intimate details about our private lives but it is sometimes easy to forget that the children need an all-round picture of us just as much as we need an all-round picture of them." What do you guys think about this?
