That sounds very interesting. I would be curious to know if other schools are successfully doing this. I'm thinking if students moved up grade levels in that same pod it could be beneficial for students and parents to already know and have relationships with their future teachers. I am in agreement though that probably the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
