Dear Parents, Students and Community Members,
I want to thank those parents who came to our Awards Program celebrating student success for the first nine-weeks grading period. It is so fun to see you here and encouraging your children to always do their best.
I also want to thank each of you for helping us keep our students healthy during this time of year with the flu going around. We have taught children to cough/sneeze into the sleeve of a shirt or sweater and not into their hands. They also know to wash their hands throughout the day with soap and water.
November is going to be a fun month because of our Multicultural Night and Book Fair. Our Book Fair is November 9th-13th. Multicultural Night is Tuesday, November 10th. This will be a fun and exciting night. Please join us beginning at 6:00 pm for a Talent Portion of the evening featuring student performances.
Thanksgiving Holiday will be November 21st-25th. We hope you will spend quality time with family and friends and reflect on the many reasons we should be thankful.
We hope to see you at all of our school functions in the near future.
