On Saturday, March 1st, 2008 eight robotics teams from CFB competed in the Oklahoma Regional Botball competition. Five of those teams placed in the top ten of the tournament. CFB sent more teams than any other district and placed more teams in the top ten than any other district. Some of the CFB teams were brand new, with all members competing for the first time.
CFB sent eight teams, two teams from Smith High School, one from Creekview high school, one from Turner High School, one from METSA, and three from DeWitt Perry Middle School. Five of the teams placed in the top ten and received other awards. The teams and their awards appear in the order of their placement at the tournament:
