Content: Part 1 = Careers-in-Television | Part 2 = Lesson A, Part 2 = Lesson B | Part 3 = Project
Each Module begins with Careers-In-Television. This printed worksheet introduces you to real-life television professionals who work at a major TV station and outlines their duties, education, and experiences. Follow-up questions help you focus on particular aspects of the person's job and how it fits into the production of a TV program.
This CIT module spotlights the Audio Engineer.
The Audio Engineer is responsible for the setup of all sound equipment and the monitoring of all sound input: studio microphones, booth voiceovers, music, video inserts, and sound effects.
Obtain the Careers-In-Television handout from Ms P and read about Audio Engineer Chris Flora.
Respond to the questions on the front/back of the sheet, and hand it in to Ms P when finished.
