Hello, Welcome to Coach Nokes' home page. This is my seventh year at Dan F. Long Middle School. It is great to be back in CFBISD. I actually attended Blanton and McCoy Elementary schools (a few years ago). This is my 15th year teaching and 12th year coaching. I coach volleyball, basketball, and track. I look forward to working with your student in Physical Education and Athletics. My motto is "Run On". The girls know I love to run, and try to set a good example and get kids excited about exercise! I graduated from Coppell High School and Sam Houston State University, majoring in Kinesiology and Health. GO BEARKATS! I'm married and have two sons, Hank and Ty. We stay busy running and attending Boot Camp Fitness! Have fun, and keep running! Coach Nokes
