All About Mrs. Mettler
I've been teaching since the 1970's. My husband was in the military so we moved frequently. I've been able to teach in many different schools and states. Some of those were Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee, and Hawaii.
My family lives in North Richland Hills which is located north of Fort Worth. I have a long drive to get to work - some days it can be as long as an hour!
My husband and I live with our children and grandchildren.
My oldest daughter, Leslie, has an adorable 5 year old named Ashley. Ashley is in Kindergarten this year! Ashley enjoys dance and gymnastics and hopes to become active in soccer this year.
My youngest daughter, Tammy, has a precocious 2 year old named Aiden. Aiden spends his days playing, learning about colors, counting, opposites and what things are called.
We also have several pets.
Gina is
our family cat. Gina spends time indoors
and outdoors. She loves to chase balls and strings and
play with the grandchildren.
Greedy and Tiny are Ashley and Aiden's turtles.
Ashley enjoys watching them swim and play in their tank.
Aiden spends a lot of time trying to make them do tricks!
Baby and Pele are our dogs. They love to play outside and run around and bark at the squirrels and birds.
