After The Bell Academy

An After School Program offered by CFBISD

Hours: 3:00pm to 5:30pm
Late Fee charged after 6:00pm

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District provides after school programs on several

elementary campuses, including Kathryn S. McWhorter. The district’s own After the Bell Academy’s

certified teachers and teaching assistants will provide students with academic reinforcement and fun

activities including games, art projects, music and character development education.

CFBISD After The Bell Academy Costs

• Students enrolled for 3 or more days a week will pay:

  • $55 per week per child

  • $25 per week for 2nd child

  • $25 per week for each additional child

  • Up to a maximum of $100 per week per family

• Students enrolled for less than 3 days a week will pay $15 per week per child.

• Enrollment/Registration Fee is $10 per family per school year. 

• ALL PAYMENTS are to be made out to "CFBISD".

• Scholarships are available for qualifying students.

• If your child will be out all week (Mon-Fri) you pay 50% of the tuition to hold their place.

• Payments made after 6:00pm on Wednesday are subject to a $10.00 late fee.

• Families that pick children up after 6:00pm will pay a late fee.

  • The late fee is: $2.00 a minute after 6pm.
