order to complete the registration process,
you must have ALL of the following items with you:

birth certificate or passport

social security card if they have a number

3 proof of
residency

Legal
Parents or Legal Guardians must register their children. Bring a
photo ID.

Students
do not need to attend

Kindergarten students MUST be
5 years old on or before September 1st, 2008.
