| A NOTE TO THE PARENTS: Here at the DeWitt Perry KICK-START program we would like to encourage family participation. I hope this web page will be helpful in both informing you on what we are doing, and help you to have a resource that will give you a look into a part of your child's life that you might not otherwise get to see. Our founder, Mr. Norris, is a very family oriented man, and I share his passion on the importance of the family and would like to do everything in my power to help you and your child stay as close as possible.
