Registration for McLaughlin & Strickland
Strickland Elementary Cafeteria
 

When registering, please bring all of the following:

1.  Proof of Residence (3 documents required)
   *Current lease or notarized agreement with child's
    name on the lease/statement or a home mortgage
   *Utility bill or proof of utility deposit (no phone bills
    can be accepted)
   *Another utility bill, bank statement or credit card
    statement which shows the correct address.

2.  Birth certificate or, if new to the country, a passport will be required

3.  Immunization (shot) record

4.  Report card and/or transcript from previous school.  If your child is entering 4th or 5th grade ahs has taken the TAKS test, please bring the results.

5.  Driver's license of the parent/guardian enrolling the child.  (If possible, we'd like the licenses for both parents.  Thank you!)

6.  Child's social security card (if you have one!)
