Coach Frank Lightfoot

This is Coach Lightfoot's 12th year at Long.  He attended The University of Central Arkansas where he received a Masters Degree in Education.  Coach Lightfoot is the Athletic Coordinator for the school.  Coach Lightfoot also teaches P.E.   He is in charge of every aspect of athletics at Long.

Coach DeDe Nokes
This is Coach Nokes' 7th year at Long.  She attended Sam Houston State University where she received a Bachelor's in Kinesiology.  Coach Nokes teaches P.E. and is the P.E. Department Manager.  She coaches 7th grade girls volleyball, basketball, and track.

Coach Dustin Womack

This is Coach Womack's 4th year at Long.  He attended Stephen F. Austin State University and received a BS in Kinesiology. He teaches P.E. and Health.  Coach Womack coaches 8th grade Football and 7th grade Basketball.

Coach Shelly Tompkins
This is Coach Tompkins 6th year at Long. She attended the University of Incarnate Word, where she received her Bachelor's in Business and her Masters in Education. Coach Tompkins teaches 6th grade P.E.  She coaches 8th grade girls volleyball, basketball and track.

Coach James Otto
 This is Coach Otto's 5th year at Long.  He attended Sam Houston State where he majored in History and minored in Political Science.  He coaches 8th grade boys football, basketball, and soccer. He has spent 7 years coaching and 6 years teaching. He teaches U.S. History.

Coach Cindy Gillis
This is Coach Gillis' 8th year at Long and 5th year as a coach.  She attended Stephen F. Austin State University where she majored in Interdisciplinary Studies.  Coach Gillis teaches AVID.  She coaches 7th grade girls volleyball, basketball, and track.

Coach David Draper

This is Coach Draper's 2nd year at Long and his 20th year of teaching and coaching.  He received his undergraduate degree in Physical Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and his graduate degree in Physical Education from Mississippi State University. He teaches P.E.  and coaches 7th grade football, 8th grade basketball and track.

Coach Amanda Marek

This is coach Marek's 2nd  year at long. She teaches Quest and P.E. She graduated from SFA with a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology.  Coach Marek coaches 8th grade volleyball, basketball, and track.

This is Coach Farst's 2nd year at Long.  He attended Baylor University where he was a starter on the football team.  Coach Farst teaches social studies and coaches 7th grade football, basketball and track.
