Sheffield Summer
Reading Program

Elect to Read!!!

Recommended Reading Lists

You have two chances to win a prize!

1. Summer Reading Calendar

2. Voting for Books

Summer Reading Calendar:

Look at the calendar on this page and choose the activities you'd like to do.
You don’t have to do the activities in the order that they are on the calendar.  You can mix them up!
Each time you do an activity, write that date on this form (click here).  At the end of the month, have a parent or guardian sign the form.  If you complete at least 20 activities for all three summer months and bring it back during the first week of school, you will receive a certificate and a prize!

Vote for Books:

Write down 5 chapter books or 10 picture books on this form (click here).  Circle your favorite and bring it to school on the very first day of school.  Mrs. Miller will give an ice cream party to the students who remember to bring their form on that day!
