About the Librarian

Welcome!

My name is Ms. Phaling (pronounced "failing"), and I am excited to be starting my 10th year with C-FB, my 7th year as a C-FB librarian, and my 5th year as the Rosemeade librarian.  Before becoming the Librarian at Rosemeade I spent two years at Janie Stark Elementary, and before that I spent time at Las Colinas, Riverchase, Pre-K, and Mary Grimes as a media technician.

I have a son (Stephen), an adorable puppy (Stanley).  I love to read, ride my bicycle, garden,  play golf, watch movies, and travel to Colorado.

And best of all...I believe I truly have the funnest job at Rosemeade, the best elementary school in Carrollton!
