Each student will
write a 500 word report (or the Team may write a 750
word report) describing the processes and procedures that you used
in designing your package. You must use correct grammar, proper spelling,
and complete sentences throughout the report. You must use proper
paragraph layout including introduction sentence and supporting data. You
must include all of the following points within your report:
- What is your package PIN number?
- (Package Identification Number)
- Who was your partner?
- How did the two of you get along; did you work
together effectively? Who did most of the work? Who came up with most of
the ideas?
- Describe how you used P.R.H.E.A.D. in the design of
your package. What did you do in each of the six steps in solving this
problem?
- What were the final dimensions of your package?
- Size (height, length ,and width)
- Weight in grams
- How is the chip supported within the package?
- How did you reinforce the packaging to prevent it
from being crushed?
- How did you reinforce the packaging to protect it
from lateral damage?
- What did you enjoy about doing this project?
- What did you dislike about doing this project?
