Incredible Machines Challenge

 

Using “The Incredible Machine”, design and construct a contraption that will launch

 two rockets. 

You can use as many parts as you wish but your contraption must contain the following parts:

 

  
 

q       Must use a hot air balloon to lift another object.  

q      Must use a programmable ball with the settings changed significantly from the default settings.

q       Must use a can opener

q       Must use the Leaky Bucket

q       Must use a Mandrill Motor to power another device

q       Must use two gears in combination

 to change the direction of motion of something 

q       Must use a Roto-Trans-Converter to lift an object.

q       Must use at least one Captain Z Super Phazer used in combination with a pulley and rope 

q       Must use one vile of Nitroglycerine  

q       Must use at least one laser 

q       Must use a Trans-Roto-Matic to make either a pinwheel, gear, or conveyor turn  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Note:  The above parts must be an integral part of your contraption. This means that if one part is deleted by Mr. K, your contraption will not work.

Using Incredible Machines, design and construct a contraption that will launch two rockets.  You MUST use the above parts as well as the ones below.  You can use as many parts as you wish but your contraption must contain the following parts:

 

q       The rocket must lift another object into the air, and at least one of the rockets must be in the middle of the chain reaction.

 

q       You must make a flying basket with a ball.  The basket must be moving when the ball lands in it.  The basket can be anything that a ball can go into.

 q       You must incorporate the cannon into the chain reaction.

 

*Note:  Again, the above parts must be an integral part of your contraption. This means that if one part is deleted by Mr. K, your contraption will not work.
