The following are the directions for drawings 5-7 (lettering and numbering)

 

 

Directions:

Write the following on your paper using proper writing techniques for drafting.

 

1/4 inch lines

 

1/8 inch space between lines

 

Start 1 inch from the top border

Start 2 inches form the left border

Stop 2 inches from the right border

 

 

 

Advanced Drawing #5

 

1. The numbers used for common fractions are the same size as those used for whole numbers.

2. Draw a horizontal bar between the upper and lower numbers of the fraction. Never draw the bar at an angle.

3. Do not let the numbers touch the horizontal bar.
