In Science, Third graders were learning about space and things in
space. They did research using online resources as well as books
in their school library. They took the information that they
learned and made a bubble map.

Once students had created their bubble maps on their research about
space, they took that information and made a PowerPoint presentation

Other Technology |
As part of a Social Studies unit on business and economics, students
took out a loan from their principal, created a business, produced a
product and sold that product. Once their loan was repaid, they
were able to keep the profits to help fund their end of year party.
In order to advertise their product, students worked in groups to
create a commercial which aired on "Gator TV", their school television
station.
