My name is Daniel Herndon.  I have worked as a technician with the C-FB school district for the past four years.  I have worked on computers daily for nearly the past 20 years.

It has been amazing to be on the front lines of integrating technology into education. It is exciting to see the enthusiasm the students have for the high-tech tools which aid in their development.

About Me -- Personal:

I live in Farmers Branch.  My parents (John and Pat), retired educators, taught me the importance of education and learning.  I graduated from R. L. Turner in 1996 and attended SMU.  Dad started me on the path of embracing technology.  He did the same for my brother who is now a successful network administrator in Austin, Texas. 

Work continues when I go home as I try to remodel a 40-year-old house.  I have a Golden Retriever named Jackson that makes me laugh daily.  Other interests include photography, music, gaming, going to the country, and of course...computers.
