Registration

When registering, please bring all of the following:

1. PROOF OF RESIDENCE (3 documents required)

* Current lease or notarized agreement, with child's name on the lease, or a home mortgage      

* Utility bill or proof of utility deposit (no phone bills accepted)                                                                          * Another utility bill, bank statement, or credit card statement which reflects the correct address

2. Birth certificate or, if new to the country, a passport will be required

3. Immunization Record

4. Previous school's last report card and/or transcript.  If your child is entering 4th or 5th grade and has taken the TAKS test, please bring a copy of the results.

5. Driver's license of the parent/guardian enrolling their child (However, if possible, we'd like the license for both parents!  Thanks!)

6.  Child's Social Security card
