Melody - Students
are learning to identify and use their talking voice, whisper voice, shouting voice and singing voice. We will spend much of the year
learning to sing the interval of a minor 3rd (So - Mi)
in our singing voices.
Rhythm - We are
using body percussion to keep a steady beat. The steady beat is our focus
this year. We will be keeping the steady beat to nursery rhymes,
recorded music and songs we sing.
