Carrollton Elementary Workout

I've always stressed to the kids the importance of eating right and exercising!  The workout below is not only for the kids but the adults.  Do this 4 times a week for 6 weeks, and you will see results.  I will change the workout every 6 weeks to increase results!  If you take the challenge, please email me and let me know how you did! 

For 6 weeks/4 times a week:

3 x 12    Crunches

3 x 12    Push-ups

3 x 12    Countdown (run in place counting 12 and down)

3 x 20    Jumping Jacks

3 x 20s   Butterfly Stretch

3 x 20s   V 8 squared (sit down, spread legs, touch right/left/both nose touching ground)

2 Muscle exercises
2 Cardio workouts
2 stretches

Don't forget to eat your veggies/fruits and light meats like fish and chicken!
