counselor at their middles school by December 15, 2006
1. Parent Application
2. Student Application
3. 2 Teacher Recommendation forms to be filled out by two
of the students' core area teachers. (Reading, English,
Science, Math, History).
4. Counselor Recommendation to be filled out by the
