The Early College High School is a Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD school located on the Brookhaven College campus. It is an educational choice open to students who reside in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District and who are entering the ninth grade.  For the 2006-2007 school year, students were recruited from four middle schools:  Vivian Field, DeWitt Perry, Dan F. Long, and Ted Polk.

The Early College High School is a part of the Texas High School Project. It is designed to enable students to achieve two years of college credit at the same time they are earning a high school diploma and within 4-5 years of entering ninth grade. Additionally, this boosts graduation rates and increases the number of Texas high school students prepared for post secondary success.
