Class News

Attendance
    Please make sure your child is at school before 7:50 a.m. each morning.  If your child is late he/she will be tardy.  Three tardies equals one absence.  When your child has accrued more than 18 absences your child will have to attend summer school and may have to repeat kindergarten.

Folders
    Your child will bring home a daily folder each day.  Please initial each day on the behavior chart, so that I know that you have seen it.  Also, initial the reading log and note how many minutes your child has read.  Please take out any completed papers, and look for homework or any important notes that have been sent home.  Friday Folders will contain any information from the school or the district.  Please return the folder on Mondays.

Lunch
     If your child is going to be buying lunch from the cafeteria please send money in an envelope labeled "Lunch."  We ask that your child bring a sack lunch for at least the first week because your child will need to learn his/her lunch number and procedures.  We also ask that you wait until the 3rd week before joining your child for lunch.
