If you want a Creekview transcript, you will need to order it electronically online at www.docufide.com or follow the link on the Creekview website. The transcript fee is $5.00 per transcript. The electronic transcript from Docufide does not include SAT or ACT scores. If you did not have your scores sent to the college at the time the test was taken, you may order SAT test scores from www.collegeboard.com and ACT test scores from www.actstudent.org

Please note: Dallas County Community Colleges do not accept electronic transcripts. Therefore, transcript order forms should be completed in the Records Department. The transcript fee is $5.00 per transcript (payable when ordering).

Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select.

You may track your request online, and you will also receive an email notification when we approve your transcript request, and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected).

Remember: Transcripts that you order from the Records Department are NOT automatically mailed to colleges, YOU are responsible for requesting a transcript to send to college.
