All About Me
When you think of Mrs. Coffelt, you should automatically think of fruit, music, friends, books, and laughter!
Those are the five staples of my life! Everyday is a great day if all of those are present! For those of you who knew me before 2006 you might be asking yourself, "Where's the word CHOCOLATE?" I used to love chocolate candy, cookies, cake, and desserts, but I'm now trying to stay out of the diabetic range, so the new word is FRUIT!
My family consists of Matt, my husband and the only man who can rein me in; Kyle, my son, and Khristina, my daughter.
Kyle is a senior at Texas A&M University and Khristina is a senior at R.L.Turner High School.
They are my pride and joy, most days!
I love remodeling homes, sewing, gardening, reading romance novels, jogging, eating out at restaurants,
and going on cruises with Matt!
My weekends are filled with yard work, dinner with friends, and singing in the Mary Immaculate Church choir.
Almost weekly my family meets with two other families for dinner at Joe's Pizza, our favorite hang-out!
I have no pets at my home, but I usually have turtles and fish at school.
I come from a large family. I have 4 sisters and 2 brothers. My parents live very close to me, and I love that!
I also have 5 nieces and 4 nephews that call me Aunt Mimi!
Family is very important to me!
