IPC - Unit II Overview

Properties of Matter

Within the Matter unit, IPC students are expected to investigate and identify properties of fluids, classify samples of matter from everyday life, measure thermal conductivity of various types of matter.

Critical Questions:
  • What are properties of fluids?
  • How do changes in matter affect everyday life?

Suggested Time Frame: 2 Weeks

Student Performance Expectations
