Weathering and Erosion
In the
unit on Weathering and Erosion, students will learn how
catastropic events and human activity can impact and
change the earth's surface and resources. Students will
identify causes and effects of regional weathering,
erosion, and deposition.
Critical Questions
- What observations can we make as proof that
weathering, erosion, and deposition have taken place?
- What predictions can be made concerning
catastrophic events and their impact on Earth's
surface?
- How are the earth's resources affected by human
activity?
