Heat
The Heat
Unit guides the students to explain how heat moves
through different materials at different rates and can
result in matter changing states. In this unit students
will explore how heat can change things, identify
sources of heat, understand the three states of matter,
and measure temperature.
Critical Questions
- Why do scientists write down what they see, do and
find out?
- Predict changes that take place due to heat.
