4th Grade Swim Program

Since the fall of 1998 CFBISD has offered an opportunity for every 4th grader to participate in a water safety program at the Natatorium.  Each school receives a one or two week training session, depending on the amount of 4th graders in their respective school.  During the session, swimming technique, water safety in and around water, and beginning diving safety instruction will be provided by the Natatorium staff and the school's physical education teachers.  Each student is tested and receives instruction based on the level of proficiency they already have.
