Procedures for
Student Enrollment
Basic requirements for student enrollment
include:
- Copy of birth certificate
- 2 Proofs of residency (Lease agreements,
phone, electric or gas bill)
- Original health card
- Copy of Social Security card
Parents or guardians will complete a
registration packet including the following:
- AGR card
- Emergency Information Card
- Home Language Survey
It is most important that
current daytime phone numbers are on file at all times. Please provide the
office with this information whenever a change occurs. |
