I am so excited to be a part of the Sheffield Intermediate family!  I grew up in a small town in west Texas called Winters.  After graduating high school, I attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.  I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Reading and Mathematics.  After graduating from college, I accepted a 3rd grade teaching position at Davis Elementary in CFBISD.  After teaching 3rd grade for seven years, I decided to move to Sheffield Intermediate as a Language Arts Instructional Facilitator and ESL Specialist.  Everyday brings new challenges and joys!

This year I have decided to begin working on my masters degree at Southern Methodist University.  My goal is to become a principal someday...stay tune to see how I am doing!
