Incoming 7^th graders, Texas state law has new immunization requirements BEFORE your student can start 7^th grade in fall 2009. Immunizations needed are: Tdap dose in last five years; 2 doses varicella, and 1 dose Meningococcal. Check with your doctor for any other immunizations needed. You can drop your updated records by Blalack until June 5^th or starting August 10^th

Attention Athletes Every boy and girl entering athletics for the 2009-10 school year must complete a physical examination using the official UIL Medical History/Pre-participation Physical form before the first day of school. This includes athletes going into 8th grade; new CFB guidelines require a new physical every year from 7th to 12th grade. Other forms needed include: Acknowledgement of Rules, Steroid Acknowledgement, Behavior Expectations, and Athletic Emergency Information. Forms are available at the Blalack office, or you may download the forms from the Blalack website. There will be an Athletic Orientation meeting on Monday, August 17th at 6:30pm in the Blalack Cafeteria. All paperwork should be turned in on or before August 17th. 8th grade football locker and equipment issue will be on Tuesday August 18th at 4:00pm 7th grade football locker and equipment issue will be on Thursday August 20th at 4:00pm **No locker or equipment will be issued to an athlete until all paperwork has been turned in to the coaches.
